Innovation and Best Practices in Teaching

Our department has been adopting innovative pedagogies and best practices to enhance student’s learning experience and promote an interactive learning session. We follow Saveetha’s Multiple Interactive Learning Algorithm (MILA). The faculties have also developed their own, unique teaching methods to adopt the best teaching mode. The department is aimed at breaking monotonous regular teaching methods in pharmacology and introducing an innovative approach by following the below mentioned modes.

Innovation and Best Practices in Research

  • To keep abreast with the recent advancement in research, and broaden the horizons, department faculties are encouraged to attend various national and international conferences organised by reputed Institutions, Professional Societies, and other bodies of research.

  • The department organises periodical international webinars involving eminent professors, doctors and other resource persons to enlighten the faculties on new insights of growing research fields.

  • The university also encourages faculties to acquire funded projects from various national and international funding agencies.

  • The department is also actively involved in associating with international universities (MOUs).
