Cell culture facility mainly involves with the in vitro (in the laboratory) cells culture, maintenance and expansion of animal/mammalian/primary cells in a suitable nutrient media with specific environmental condition. Cell culture has become an indispensable technology in various branches of life sciences even in modern translation studies.
We provide expert consultation in scientific outputs for the students, scholars and faculty collaborate to focus on various research projects and devise innovative methods and technology to leverage healthcare and medical sector. Our team has well-established standard operating procedure for isolation and expansion of stem cells/primary cultures and generates the stable cell line from different experimental conditions, such as cytology studies, Apoptotic Signalling pathway analysis with small molecules/Natural product-based drug screening for anticancer, anti-diabetic and other multidisciplinary in vitro studies.

Primary stem cells isolation and expansion
Primary cells isolation and expansion from human and non-human sources. We are experts in isolation and maintenance of stem cells from dental pulp, periodontal ligament, gingival, bone marrow, brain, heart, intestine, pancreas and adipose tissues.
Drug toxicity testing
We also test the toxicity of various drugs in both cell lines and primary cells. We perform routine toxicological testing using MTT, ROS detection, flow cytometric analyses, cell staining and scanning electron microscopic analysis to study cell morphology.
Implant testing
The Biocompatibility testing of various orthopaedic and dental implants in vitro is also one of our areas of expertise. We have a team of experts who can guide you on designing metallic implants suitable for tissue augmentation and regenerative applications.
Biomaterial construct testing
We do extensive analysis on the osteogenic properties and cytological assessments of biomaterial based tissue constructs. Both cellular and acellular based constructs also be tested for its regenerative potential in our laboratory.
