Biography:
Dr. Anitha Roy has completed her M. Pharm from Dr. Hari Singh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, M.P. and completed her PhD at Saveetha University. Presently working as Professor in this Department, she has published more than 200 papers in reputed journals. She has presented many posters and Papers in various National and International Conferences and won many awards. She is actively involved in both teaching and research. She is an academician turned researcher with 22 years of teaching experience.

Research:
Our team works on a multifaceted approach to identify various plant compounds that possess strong anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic, anti-microbial and anti-cancer properties. With the invent of nanotechnological approach we are involved in the design and assessment of nano-delivery systems to circumvent off targeted effects owing to drug delivery.
