Department of Pharmacology, Saveetha Dental College and Hospital has conducted an Faculty Development Program on Innovations in Point of care Biomedical Devices; our Journey at CHIMERTECH on 25th March 2022. Dr. Ragul Paramasivam Managing Director, Chimertech Private Limited, Chennai, India, was the speaker of the day. 23 faculties had attended the Faculty Development Program. The FDP was really excellent and he presented his highly advanced and state of art innovative research findings relevant to Point of care Biomedical Devices for the rapid and early diagnosis of infectious diseases. It was really interactive and discussion with research collaboration on the need for Novel/innovative rapid point of care diagnosis for the  Bacterial and viral diseases in human and animals . Dr Saravanan Muthupandian has given the welcome address, introduced the speaker to the audience and the webinar ended with a vote of thanks.
